The Wealth of Information: Profile of the P… by Tom Stonier
I liked Tom's work at the time and the depth and quality of his insight is reflected here, for example writing: ". . . no dictator can survive for any length of time . . . as the flows of information can no longer be controlled from the centre". This at a time when only boffins were aware of the transition from ARPANET to the public Internet.
