Crimson Syn

This is my first book from Crimson Syn and from my understanding this is their first paranormal book. The was really good this was book 10 in the Twisted Legends Collection and is a stand-alone.

This book revolves around Beau and Elora. Beau was in criminal and his life and was killed when he was killed he made a deal he became the vessel of a hellhound to collect souls for Lucifer. Belle Macabre is a beauty and the beast story from Crimson Syn’s RBMC series. Belle and Macabre are both running from something trying to survive by staying hidden. When they meet at the Cirque Diabolique they have an instant connection. Belle is an innocent young naive girl who got herself in a situation she didn’t know how to escape until Macabre came along. Macabre is the son of one of the original Royal Bastards but when Rancid took control of the club he was betrayed and had to run to save his life. The uphill battles that both these characters face, it’s hard to imagine how they survive. This book was straight to the point and almost didn’t peak my interest. I’m pretty sure my interest in it was kept because of the Cirque Diabolique. I’d never heard of a place like this before and it was intriguing. This book is #4.5 in the series and it’s more like a prequel to book #5, which I cannot wait to read. Macabre has some revenge to get and I’m pretty sure he will with his Belle by his side. If you like MC and dark erotica books then this one is definitely for you. Crimson Syn as always wrote some really hot steamy scenes that I’ve come expect from her books. As for now I will impatiently wait for the next book to come out so I can finish the story of Belle and her Beast and hope they get a H.E.A. This book was also the start of a new series, A Cirque Diabolique. If you want to find out what happens to Belle’s Dark Angel, then you’ll have to start the new series just like I’m going to.… (more)

I want to start by saying that I've never really been into the MC-type series of audiobooks. The Hellbound Lovers have changed my mind! Lots of sexy men who are badass and protective of their women. Maybe a little rough but know what family is. Did I mention sexy?
This collection contained four stories, Wolf, Grayson, Riggs and Cain. Each one relatively short but included enough story to make you care about the couples. I also like that their is an overall story that is told throughout each of the titles. As I listened through I kept changing my mind as to which one was my favorite. Each man had their own qualities and by the end, I fell in love with them all.

Narration is by Rodney Falcon. I don't think I've ever heard him before. WOW. PERFECTION for this series. So often when an entire story is narrated by a man the female parts end up sounding like a high-pitched crazy person. Not the case here. This narrator knows what he is doing and I want more of it.
Cant wait to listen to the next set of books and get to the resolution of the overall story. Not to mention meet the rest of the sexy Hellbound Lovers.… (more)

I need more Hellbound Lovers MC. I liked that there was one continuous story throughout these books that focused on each member of the club. Each one sexier and more rugged than the next. One of the things I appreciated the most was the women each member ended up with. The author did not make them simple damsels in distress. Each one is a badass in their own way, even the sweet ones.
Rodney Falcon is a fantastic narrator and brought these sexy men to life in these books.
I really hope there are more stories to come in the world of the Hellbound Lovers MC.
I highly recommend this series and it is absolutely worth a credit.… (more)
