Why I picked this book up: I was caught by the title of this book. I’ve been living through a LOT of stress at work recently and it had dramatic effects on me physically and I wanted to do some reading on this topic.
General Thoughts: Stress is a big deal that many of us face on a daily basis. Some stress happens to us but it is also how we react to it that has an effect on us.
