Fawwaz T. Ulaby

Michel Maharbiz and Fawaz Ulaby have written a terrific electrical engineering textbook.

It combines a clear mathematical explanation of the theory underlying circuit analysis and design with practical exercises in circuit simulation. Combining this text with a thorough lab-based series of design exercises just can't be beat as a thorough introduction to electrical and electronic circuits.

It's a good reference, but I much prefer Griffiths. (That said I still keep my copy almost 10 years after undergrad E&M.)
