People/Characters Mr. Harlow

Father of Cora Harlow. Mr. Harlow is hesitant about letting his daughter marry above her class. He holds a bitter grudge against the rich for what Charles Saier did to him, and fears no good can come out of attaching himself to them. However, not wanting to stand in the way of his daughter's happiness, he gives her his blessing to marry Ioan Saier. Ultimately, he loses his life for the price of that marriage.
