People/Characters Vecho Zei

Vecho Zei is the grande dame of the Speculative branch, and indeed of the University. She is an emeritus professor, who no longer tutors or gives lectures, but she knows everyone and what is going on, and her advice is eagerly sought. She still maintains an office in the Speculative halls.
