People/Characters Villette

Villette is a brilliant Modernist scholar at Stortellen University. She has been forced to accept Hoghly Katak, a greatly inferior scholar as a co-author. Her tutor was Professor Vertri, who is jealous of the way she has out-excelled him.

She has developed a nostril insert that makes atmoscarfs unneccessary, but instead of licensing or selling the design, she wants to make it freely available. She has been nominated to a Deanship, although she is very young for that, and someone has started slandering her work. She is the cousin, who is more like a sister, to Petanj.
