Girls Sent Away

A group for those interested in fiction and nonfiction-- autobiographies, biographies, creative nonfiction, essays, memoirs, novels, short stories--set in boarding schools. One caveat: Let's skip Harry Potter and its ilk, young adult books and anything in the horror/suspense/fantasy/mystery genre. Also for those who might be interested in childhood abandonment issues, homesickness, Catholic school.
