But trying to fix a friendship that's suddenly gone weird, getting a yucky taste out of his mouth and staying with a 'loser relative'? That's the easy part. Dodging the insults of a cranky great-aunt who insists on calling him Butterball (or Blimp) is another story. Cornelius can't catch a break.

Some people say that travel brings out the best in people, but they are way off the mark. Travel certainly doesn't bring out the best in his dad, especially when Cornelius uncovers one of his dad's darkest secrets.

But none of that compares to the terror that awaits him-because this is the holiday that will haunt Cornelius forever. And if you think car trips are scary, just wait until what you see (and smell) what's lurking for him and his folks on the family farm.
