- The Pizza Gang (Pizza Bande) is a German youth book and radio play series by various authors, which was published between 1984 and 1995. It is about four young people who experience all kinds of detective adventures. The four main characters Tommi, Milli, Schraubchen and TH live in the fictional Upper Bavarian town of Sommerberg and attend the sixth grade of a junior high school. The two boys go to a class together, as do the two girls. A back room of Tommi's parents' pizzeria is the quartet's regular meeting point. Due to their thirst for adventure as well as their unwavering willingness to help and sincerity, the four friends are regularly involved in various types of criminal cases. In doing so, they always succeed in making a decisive contribution to the just punishment of the perpetrators, even if Inspector Mauser (in some editions Commissioner Mauser) from the Sommerberg police, who is constantly annoyed by the constant interference of the pizza gang in his work, often does so that has to help.
