All Classical Planets within a 50mm frame. Taken from Lesbos on May 14 2002, just before Pascha. Thus far I have not found another occasion in all of human history when this photograph would have been possible to take - and I looked forward to it for years. There have been other, and tighter planetary groupings to be sure - but not with the Sun on one extreme edge such that the other planets are visible at once. The Classical planets are: Moon Mercury Venus Sun Mars Jupiter Saturn. Putting Jupiter in the extreme upper left corner, the Sun (below the horizon :-) just fits in to the lower right corner.
