- My listed library so far shows a combination of old favorites and the books I am currently reading.
- About Me
- I am a 67 year old woman. I received an MA in library science from Florida State University in 1962. I have worked in both public and academic libraries and taught library science at Western Illinois University. Beginning in late 1978, I have worked off and on as an indexer - first of magazines and newspapers for Information Access Co. Then for several years I indexed software at Microsoft Corp. I now do freelance indexing of online reference materials for Cengage/Gale (formerly Thomson/Gale). I am amazed by the changes in "information technology" since I attended library school. When I heard about this website on Radio Open Source, I decided to check it out.
