The Baguio Patriotic Highschool Library works to strengthen its facilities and library leadership and thrives to ensure equal access to library resources and services among students, faculty and other members of the community trough effective and efficient provision of organized, relevant, up-to-date information sources, qualified personnel and properly maintained facilities to enable them to achieve excellence in carrying out their research and instructional functions.
