- Great. The world is well formed and thought out. It isn't just a few demons with everything else being normal and Perry is delicious in a very bad in a love hate sort of way. It’s a detective novel so there are the tiresome crime scene stuff but it isnâ (1), heady. (1), Again. Very good. This had more Perry so I liked it better. (1), Only 4 stars - not exactly sure what happened in the end (1), I have some idea but I suppose I like more clarity. The circus was haunting and I would have like to spend more time there. Too many similar crime scenes (1), one blended into the other and got a little dull. Still love her writing and adore Perry. (1), Great fun. These books may seem like adult entertainment but they are very clean both morally and sexually. I enjoy the richness of the world and the creativity. Good light fun. (1), Pretty good. Enjoyed the world (1), interesting take on vamps. (1)
