I have "The Great Books of The Western World" series. "The Harvard Classics" series. "The Story of Civilization" series which is my fave, including other history books and biographies. Most of the "Readers Digest Worlds Best Reading" series of classics, as well as other classics and modern classics. The Folio Society "Gibbon's Fall of the Roman Empire". Books on historical architecture and historic interiors. I don't collect paperbacks. I do not have the space or funds for a huge collection but I do have a nice one that fills 8 large bookcases. If I ever win the lottery though look out!

I love to read and research, of course. I have a BS in business with a minor in history. I have a wide range of interests including history and historical architecture. I love classic films and the better more recent films. I love classical and opera, the standards and golden oldies music, and older pop and rock.
