Not surprisingly, I am a voracious reader that consumes literature across all genres. The personal belief that even the most seemingly unrelated things can be connected plays a large part in my reading tastes as well as personal endeavors. My background is as varied as my interests and includes degrees in Literature, Art, and Biology. At present, I work as an art instructor of design and art history for a local college, while also working as a naturopath, and professional reader.

Listing all my interests and hobbies would take entirely too long, but a few that come to mind include reading (obviously), hiking, sewing, painting, natural medicine, and serving as a mentor to inner city teenagers. Until age 12 I firmly believed I could still grow up to be a pirate and explore the world.
