- Obviously full of books about history and current affairs. Also biographies - not just of political figures. But I also have a wide collection of poetry in various languages - rather a hobby of mine. China and S.E. Asia - particularly art works - but also works on Confucius and Lao Tse. Actually I have quite a wide range of interests which of course includes novels - but only a few spy stories as I don't want to be influenced more than a little by my competitors!
- About Me
- I'm a writer of spy stories - I was a British Diplomat during the Cold War and since I've been a diplomatic consultant. That's why my spy stories have authenticity. My time in East Germany helped a lot with HOODWINK. I was also involved with the House of Commons Home Afairs Committee's enquiries into Freemasonry - I gave evidence. Which is why my fourth spy story has an equally authentic background of abuse of Freemasonry.
