- Havenwood Heritage Heights is a not-for-profit, faith-based Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in New Hampshire. We provide a continuum of healthcare services and long-term care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We are the largest of only three accredited CCRS in New Hampshire.
