Cherie Mason Resource Room - Our Nature library began with a donation of over 300 books from Cherie Mason and continues to grow with more donations and purchases. At present it is not a lending library, books must be used on the premises. The Cherie Mason Resource Room is open to the general public. We also have numerous pamphlets and periodicals that are not listed on LibraryThing.

Island Heritage Trust is a non-profit land trust located in Downeast Maine on Deer Isle. Our mission is to conserve significant open space, scenic areas, wildlife habitats, natural resources, historic and cultural features that offer public benefit and are essential to the character of the Deer Isle area.
