My books are mostly fantasy with some sci-fi, crime and some of my old kids books and classics for good measure. It's a rapidly expanding collection and frequently out grows the bookcases I have. A good number of the books are second or third (or more) hand, coming from used book vendors on amazon, or jumble sales - a great way to get more books for your money! Others have come from one of my aunts who worked in a bookshop, and presented us with a wide range of books for birthdays and Christmas - a lot of my owned but not read books are ones I got this way, but I've also discovered some of my favourite authors thanks to her.

I'm 24, living with my husband, 5 birds and a rapidly expanding library. We have two 2 year old cockatiels called Kami and Lofty, and 3 budiges ranging from 5 - 3 years old, call Misfit, Gizmo and Widget. I am a technical assistant in an engineering office and in my spare time other than readin I enjoy watching TV, making jewellery, digital art, and playing rpg mmo's with my husband.
