About My Library: I used to live alone in a three-bedroom house, and every room (even the kitchen) was full of books. Since marriage to a man with almost as many books, I've had to compress my collection. Digital books have helped a great deal with that. I read for several years on a Palm Pilot handheld, and now read almost entirely on my new Kindle.
About Me: I love to lose myself in a book, to look up at the clock with a gasp and realize I've read far longer than I meant to. I love the breathless fascination that comes with reading a really good book for the first time. I'm a high school English teacher, so I get to read often -- but not as often as I would like.
