- About My Library
Edinburgh’s Library of Mistakes is a free-to-use library dedicated to the study of financial history. Access is free to members who sign up through the website. The library does not lend books at this time.
As part of the Didasko Education Charity (registered charity SC040205) the library helps support financial education, including running a course on Advanced Valuation in Financial Markets. Our partner Future Asset encourages young women to work in financial services, and the library supports the work of the Market Mind Hypothesis, a multidisciplinary project to improve markets and ultimately benefit society.
Our aim is to improve understanding of how financial markets actually work and help avoid the mistakes of the past. By studying financial history we hope to improve understanding one mistake at a time.
