About meBorn in west London, raised in east London, educated at Oxford, married near Inbhir Nis, two children born in Wien and one in London, live and work in Jakarta. Youth cricket for Essex, youth Gridiron in London. Re-learning the piano, forgotten how to play cello. Former coordinator of large gaming clan. Expert provider of Scottish whisky tours. Editor of one self-published novel. My favourite authors are ones I know personally.

About my libraryMassive fan of the NFL and read all sorts of books on American Football. Also a fan of history, especially dark ages Britain as well as historical novels. Have a particular fondness for anything Scottish especially Gaelic Scotland. Fantasy fulfils most of my fiction needs. A fair few books in the collection that helped me get through my degree. Some books that I've kept from childhood though nowhere near as many from that time as would have been the case as most were regrettably destroyed including most of my modern classics.
