About My Library
My library contains a lot of English language fiction because when I started collecting books they were non-existent in German public libraries. (Things have changed a lot in the libraries of larger cities.) I'm also slowly adding the books I once owned and had to part with.
My ratings tend to be high because most are books I own(ed). I buy them with the expectation of re-reading them. Life is too short to waste time on bad books.
About Me
Wear the old coat and buy the new book. (Austin Phelps)

Miss Watson is the name of Katharine Hepburn's character in "The Desk Set" – a reference librarian. That was my day job, for many years. I am retired now and hope to read many more books than previously.

Location
Kiel, Germany
