- About My Library
- I enjoy books about young adults across history and genres... everything from David Copperfield to Harry Potter. I have a slight preference for fantasy/science fiction, but I also enjoy more literary/mainstream stories about children and families.
- About Me
- Stephanie Silberstein has been writing about children
for the last five years. Her short story Before Everything Happened, later adapted for the first chapter of Winter’s Silence, won an honorable mention in the 73rd Annual Writer’s Digest competition.
Ms. Silberstein grew up on Long Island, New York, as the only Jewish child in her school district. She has lived on both coasts and now makes her home in North Carolina, where she teaches children with disabilities. Her first novel, Winter's Silence, was published last June. She is currently working on another novel as well as on establishing her own publishing company. - Location
