Nilbert Rafer writes reflective, character-driven fiction rooted in quiet moments, personal crossroads, and inner journeys.
He is a CPA and holds an MBA from Ateneo de Manila University, a degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University - Taft, and completed the Strategic Business Economics Program at the University of Asia and the Pacific. He also pursued PhD units at the University of Santo Tomas. After 33 years in finance roles - culminating as Director of Finance at the global joint venture firm, Yazaki-Torres - he migrated to Vancouver, Canada.
Same Street, Different Roads is his debut novel - a story that lingers softly, like the afterglow of dusk.
