About Me
Nina Mack is an author, speaker, and consultant who writes about psychology, behaviour, and decision-making. She has spent more than two decades helping global brands and organisations understand how people think, make decisions, and respond to the world around them. She founded and later sold a consultancy specialising in conversion optimisation, user experience, and behavioural insight. Her first book, When Studies Become Stories, examines the gap between what psychology research actually shows and what popular culture has made of it. It looks at the psychological ideas that have entered everyday conversation and asks how well they hold up against the evidence, from love languages to narcissism, personality types to cognitive distortions. Drawing on behavioural science and cognitive psychology, her writing explores how people perceive themselves and others, how beliefs and identities are formed, and what shapes behaviour, judgement, relationships, influence, and culture. Nina lives in the UK.
