- About Me
- Noel Lipton served in Vietnam from 1968 to 1970 and retired from the service in 1971 after receiving serious injuries in action. He then received a degree in law enforcement and worked for three years with the West Seattle Security Police until he became too disabled to continue work. He now lives in Kansas with his wife.
