I have spent over 60 continuous years in the workforce, navigating the shifting landscapes of the 20th and 21st centuries. My journey began with 26 years of service as an officer in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), rising through the rank and file to command and staff appointments. This foundation of discipline and institutional memory transitioned into a second career spanning business ownership, insurance, school operations, and security assessment.

Today, at age 77, I continue my mission as a trainer for security officers, impacting 60 to 80 students monthly. I signed my most recent two-year professional contract in March 2026—a testament to the "Century Tree" philosophy of deep roots and constant growth.

Why I Write:

My work, including my latest book The K.A.S.H. Glitch, focuses on career longevity, personal grit, and the "Internal Engine" required to stay relevant in a world increasingly dominated by AI and rapid change. I write for those who refuse to be "retired" by society and instead choose to remain "Still Standing Tall."

Interests: Beyond the "K.A.S.H." formula, I am an advocate for "Recycling as Art" and a student of logic-based challenges. I believe that experience is not just a history; it is a strategic asset.
