- About My Library
- Sassafras Tea kicks-off a series of children's books that offer a fast-paced world a few minutes to slow-down. Long before video games, social media nd mobile devices were simple pleasures.
In this first book, a little girl learns from her father how to turn a tree into tea! There is nothing more simple, or magical, than that. I hope my books remind us all that simplest pleasures are our greatest treasures! - About Me
- In 1969, a little girl who was growing-up in a little town, descended a flight of stairs and entered a world that would change her life forever: The Clarion Free Public Library, nestled in the little Main Street of Clarion, Pennsylvania.
From a little seat at a little table, she surrounded herself with books, and something magical started to occur: Her imagination grew and grew and grew some more.
Throughout my life, words and poems became my constant companion. When I was bored, I read. When I started school, I started writing. When I went to college, I studied communications. When I graduated, words became my career, my hobby and my solace.
And now, words have become my memories, and my mission. The proceeds from my books are donated to a nonprofit supporting the community. My first book's proceeds will be donated to the Clarion Free Public Library. There are reasons to my rhymes! - Location
