About My Library: I love to read and choose books that are literary and have qualities that I wish my own writing emulated. I like a book to stay with me. I also read for two book clubs that I belong to. I seldom read popular fiction, though I do love a great mystery that keeps me guessing right up until the end. P.D. James comes to mind....
About Me: I am a full time writer who lives in Cooperstown with my husband, an aged cat and three ill-behaved corgis. We are city dwellers living in a very small village, so we travel all over the world, scuba diving or just exploring. We love ruins, museums, theaters, and fabulous ethnic food, only one of which is available in Cooperstown. My ideas for novels simply come to me, sit on my shoulder and bother me until I write about them. I always have one thing I'm working on and another burrowing into me, trying to gain my attention.
