About My Library: I have way to many books, most of which are about Naval Architecture, or how wooden ships were constructed. Most have something to do with the planning involved in the planking process, which is the topic of a book I have been researching for years.
About Me: I simply enjoy working with wood. As a result of my experience with the U.S. Navy I also like ships and things nautical, including History. My education is that of a Marine Engineer, a graduate of the US Naval Academy. Someone challenged me to write a book on Planking, so that consumes a lot of my time and interest. My wife says I am compulsive about the pursuit of knowledge, not the writing. She's probably correct.
