Sabrina Bowen has been helping people strengthen their relationships for 26 years. At some point she had a powerful realization. People often point out what others are doing wrong in the hope it will inspire change. However, criticism leaves people feeling unseen, unloved, and disconnected. It then creates resentment rather than closeness.
Sabrina brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. She is a licensed therapist, a wife, and a mother of two young adults. She has known firsthand how gratitude can be far more transformative than criticism.
Outside of her practice, Sabrina enjoys uncovering family stories through genealogy. Occasionally she may get absorbed in a compelling true crime podcast. Then, as she’s deep in thought, her dogs show up asking for treats. And when life slows down, she and her husband can often be found laughing at something silly about life.
