This library is a collection of texts for the Seasons for Growth program.

These texts can be used alongside the program to support participants in managing grief, loss and change.

My name is Jess and I am the Seasons for Growth Trainer/Coordinator for Wellington, New Zealand.

My background is primary school teaching, with a passion for student wellbeing, in particular mental health and support.

Seasons for Growth has allowed me to work within this field not just with children but with adults too. Facitiliating programs and trainigng adults to become companions is such a rewarding and fulfilling job.
