My reading tastes vary, but I collect books for research and pleasure. For research, my interest is Black music, especially Negro spirituals. For pleasure, I collect Star Trek novels and sci fi by African American authors.

I've worked in libraries for 20 years now. Music, films, and books interest me. I'm a singer who is classically trained and collect music scores and recordings, especially works by African Americans.
