- I am the Co-Director of The Salvation Army's Railton School for Youth Worker Training. I love to read in a variety of fields including Biblical studies, history, practical theology, philosophy, anthropology, sociology, psychology, technology & media, etc. In most of these areas, I read to gain a better understanding of the worlds of- and how to engage effectively in ministry with children and youth.
