- About My Library
- My core collection is about 600 books. The topics include improvement books (modern and vintage), game collections, world championship books, Fischer-Spassky books, opening books, etc. I use my library for study, reference and general enjoyment. A few years ago I bought a 200-book collection (mostly new). My collection is now a bit out of control but LibraryThing is helping.

- I am an amateur chessplayer but never had much success in OTB tournaments. I've had more success playing online correspondence chess. I have loved chess books since I first learned they existed. I also have been dabbling in chess history (see my website link below).
