About My Library
My primary interest is the American Founding. My library begins with colonial America, continues to the American Revolution with a special Declaration of Independence section, through the drafting and ratification of the Constitution and concludes with the Federalist era. That collection is supplemented with biographies and commentaries about a number of individual founders.

Lincoln fascinates me as a "second founder," and I have a small sub-collection on him and other American statesmen of the civil war era.

I also have a number of single volume and multi volume general American history books, a collection of social theme American history volumes, and some historiography. Finally, historically speaking, I have a section of document and original source collections.

Outside history, my collection consists of political theory, philosophy and law.
