Good books, I tend to get from the library. Entertaining books, I tend to buy or receive as gifts. Particularly unusual books, I tend to record in LibraryThing before my more prosaic books. The object, I tend to write first. All the books logged here are books I actually own and possess. All but two or three I've read in their entirety. And I'm working on that.

I've run out of room to archive books on LibraryThing. I don't think I'm going to pay them to keep a list of my books, even if they do thumbnail the covers and give me absurd reading suggestions. It was fun while it lasted.
