The William Carroll Crawford Chapter (WCCChpt) of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas (DRT) library is housed in the First Ladies building on the historic courthouse square in Center, Texas. The library houses both non-fiction and fiction books related to Texas history as well as genealogical information. The Reba January James Heritage library is open to the public and DRT volunteers are available to assist.
