About Me: I grew up in the international city of Hong Kong under the influence of both Oriental and Western cultures. Since young, I have been searching for the answers of who we are and what the meaning of life is.

After graduating from Oxford University and obtaining a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania, I built up a successful career in the finance and banking industry.

However, after two wake-up calls that triggered my awakening process, I decided to share with others the spiritual lessons that I have learnt so as to facilitate others in their own awakening process through a book and seminars.
