I don't have very many books anymore, due to moving with some regularity. Also, as a result of my profession, I don't feel that it is all that necessary to own my own books, since I can arrange to borrow what I would need for pleasure and research. I develop new interests regularly, so my own books cover a range of subjects from food history to internet trends.

I'm an academic librarian, as a small, private college.
