About My Library
I have very eclectic reading interests, but my LibraryThing library is slanted toward natural history, human history, New Jerseyana, science fiction, fantasy, and graphic novels.
About Me
Writer, photographer, and free-range birding librarian/archivist. Editorial freelancer (copyediting, indexing, proofreading, research) specializing in natural history, especially birds.

I've been interested in natural history for my whole life and have been a birder for over 20 years. In addition to birds, I am especially interested in moths and enjoy photographing them.

I have a BA in Art History from Douglass College and an MLIS from the Rutgers School of Communication and Information (SCI, formerly SCILS). I have worked in publishing, libraries and sundry other places.

Most of my published writing concerns birds and birding. My work has appeared in Birding, The Chronicle of the Horse, International Wader Studies and Records of New Jersey Birds.
