I buy fewer books now that I'm making them, but I still fall to temptation now and again. I'm drawn to artistic oddities (cabinets of curiosities, miniature books, and collections of imaginary maps), European history, and fantasy.

I'm a retired theatrical costume designer in Southern California, who now illustrates and binds miniature books.
