- About My Library
- All of these books we own and are part of our family library. We were lucky to inherit some "special" ones from my husband's Grandmother, who owned and operated a Shaker Heights Book store in 1950-1960's. Many still on the "wish i had more time" list. Sorry, but any reviews I have other than Library Thing are basically written for myself as a reminder of what I liked or didn't about the book and/or if I want to recommend to my friends.

- I am trying to make up for all the years I didn't read due to running after the kids and taking them to and from all their sporting events and working full time. Now I read 3 books at time. One on audio in the car as I drive a lot for work, 1 on the bedside (usually the book club pick of the month), and 1 in the you know where--- never a wasted moment! I write my reviews and some personal notes, because... well... for whatever reason, my memory isn't as good and I forget how the book ends! It might be because as soon as a close the cover at the end of the book, I purposefully open the cover of a new book adventure.. It actually works for me.
