- We have the entire Amber Chronicles by Roger Zelazny, all of Neil Gaiman's The Sandman, plus Tolkien, C. S. Lewis, Margaret Atwood, Tanith Lee, Madeleine L'Engle, Stephen King, Herodotus, Thomas McGuage, John Graves, Katherine Anne Porter, and, of course, Shakespeare. My life-long favorites are Tolkien, Gaiman and Zelazny.

- I firmly believe that people who read books are never bored or lonely. I'm a 33-year-old Language Arts teacher with a 9-year-old daughter who is a budding bibliophile/author/gardener. We have a lovely house with our own enclosed "secret" garden and four very spoiled cats. When people visit our house, the first thing my daughter shows them is our books.
