About My Library
Many classics, with more than a nod to William Shakespeare, Charles Dickens, Joseph Conrad, and George Eliot. Also, some guilty pleasures: Everything written by John Irving (with a preference for A Prayer for Owen Meany), nearly all of the works of Dean Koontz (I love Odd Thomas and Chris Snow), as well as many books by Harlen Coben (who couldn't love Myron Bolitar?) and Jonathan Kellerman (primarily the team of Alex Delaware and Milo Sturgis). I think I have also owned all or most books by Tony Hillerman (gotta love Leaphorn and Chee).

I grew up in a small town and now live in the Los Angeles area. I’m very happily married (more than 25 years) to my college sweetheart, have two great kids, love my life, enjoy my job (university professor), and hope to (somehow) provide some kind of encouragement to others. I love to read.
