David Wright became interested in stock market investing in his teens. His lifelong avocation has been researching investment opportunities and closely monitoring his investment portfolio.

During his professional career he worked as a computer programmer, an educator, an artist, and as a corporate executive. Prior to taking an early retirement, he spent ten years as the CFO for a privately held company where he acted as a fiduciary for the company's 401(k) retirement plan, selecting and monitoring the retirement plan's investment lineup for the company's 1,500 plan participants.

Today, David and his wife currently reside in southern California where they enjoy spending time with their pets and working in their garden.
