About My Library

More of a series of burdened shelves and a large pile by my bed than a library. Most of my books move in and out of the house. I love the hunt for used cheap books. Garage sales, charity books sales, second hand stores and thrift shops are where a lot of my reading material is found and yes I am a picky reader but with time almost everything can be founds this way. I use the public library a lot as well. I would love to accumulate more books but do not have the space so classic Australian literature and field guides to birds and other things are about all that sit on the shelf for long.

I am also considering group reads for the first time which sounds like a wonderful way to get through some of those more intimidating books such as Don Quixote.
