The Highview Christiania library contains books, DVD's and CD's for checkout. The “Other Call Number” will show you where to find each book on the shelves. Fiction books are shelved by last name of the author.
Adult Fiction = Author letters only
Juvenile Fiction = J over author letters
Easy books = E over author letters

Non-fiction is by Dewey Decimal Number.

The library is available before and after church services as well as during regular church office hours.

We are continuing to add titles onto this website and they can all be viewed by clicking “Your Books" and choosing “All Collections” on the next line down. You can search by typing in a name or title in the search box on the grey background "Seach your library". (If you search in the brown search box on top "Search site" you will be searching all books on LibraryThing not just those at Highview.) You can narrow your search by choosing one of the collections using the pull down menu on the far left. Instead of “All Collections” you can just look at Easy Books or Juvenile Non-Fiction or any of the other collections.

We are a 150+ year old congregation with a Norwegian heritage. We are a member of the ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America).

On one or the highest points of land in Dakota County, surrounded by woods and green fields, stands Highview Christiania Lutheran Church. It is one of the oldest church buildings in continuous use in the state of Minnesota. Our Church building, was dedicated on November 11, 1878.

Highview has approximately 600 baptized members and an average worship attendance of approximately 80.
